Srinivas “Srini” Attili is Executive Vice President, Civilian Business Group at SAIC, a premier Fortune 500® technology integrator driving our nation’s technology transformation, with annual revenues of $7.4 billion and approximately 24,000 employees.
SAIC provides engineering, digital, artificial intelligence and mission solutions across the defense, space, civilian and intelligence markets. Attili orchestrates the strategic planning, business development and delivery of solutions and services within the Civilian Business Group. He leads SAIC across the civilian government market, including healthcare, law enforcement, border protection, transportation and federal financial, as well as state and local.
Attili brings extensive experience and a proven track record of driving significant change and growth for clients with digital, analytics and technology capabilities in the public and health sectors. With a focus on innovation, growth and scalability, Attili collaborates closely with business and technology leaders to develop and execute strategies that harness digital technologies to transform mission operations and achieve objectives.
Attili joined SAIC in May 2024 from McKinsey & Company, where he served as a partner and led digital transformation initiatives for healthcare organizations, and was instrumental in shaping and delivering growth strategies that created sustainable impact. Prior to McKinsey, Attili served as a principal at Deloitte, where he led technology-enabled transformation initiatives for commercial health plans, providers, life sciences and federal customers. He also led IBM’s application services work in the public sector, including state and local governments, higher education, healthcare and life sciences industries.
Attili, an MBA graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park, has an extensive technical background, with a Master of Science in computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in computer technology from Nagpur University. His dedication to innovation is further established by holding multiple patents awarded by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in the areas of business intelligence and data collection and analytics.
