Rocko Rodriguez is Director, Cyberspace Operations Strategist of SAIC, a premier Fortune 500® technology integrator driving our nation’s technology transformation, with annual revenues of $7.4 billion and approximately 24,000 employees.
Rocko joined SAIC in 2024 as a Strategist within SAIC’s Digital Innovation Factory to lead cross-functional teams through complex challenges in digital transformation, cyber warfare mission solutions, and requirements development across the defense, space, civilian and intelligence markets.
Throughout his career, he has held numerous positions within the DoD, leading organizations to success. His most recent position, Vice Wing Commander of an Air Force Cyber Warfare Wing, and prior to that he was the Secretary of the Department of the Air Force’s Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor, developing a weapon system security strategy.
In addition, Rocko has served as the Deputy Director, Legislative Affairs under U.S. Cyber Command and was a Department of Defense Fellow working on Capital Hill under the House Armed Service Committee.
He is a graduate of the Harvard Executive Fellow Program and earned a Master’s Certificate in Political Science from Georgetown University. In addition, he has earned an MS, in Organization Business Management from Webster University and a BS, from Colorado Christian University in Computer Information Sciences.
Finally, Rocko was named as one of the top 100 IT Government leaders in 2022 as a FCW Leader recipient and has served over 30 years as an Officer in the United States Air Force.
