Lytwaive Hutchinson

Ms. Lytwaive Hutchinson currently serves as Vice President for SAIC, an Account Executive leading a billion-dollar Information Technology (IT) portfolio for the Army Corp of Engineers and managing over 1000 employees. The portfolio covers nine Divisions and forty-three Districts providing full scope of IT services to the Corps 35,000 plus employees across 1,500 locations world-wide.

Prior to joining SAIC, Ms. Hutchinson served as a Federal Senior Executive. She entered Federal Government service in June 2002 and was appointed into the Senior Executive Service in December 2010. She served 17 years with the Department of Defense, Pentagon in various positions that led to Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and three years as the FEMA CIO. Beyond her career with the Federal Government, Ms. Hutchison proudly served her country on active duty with the United States Army. She has been awarded multiple military and civilian career decorations for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements.

Ms. Hutchinson holds a Master of Science degree in Quality Systems Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. She is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute, Harvard Business School for Executive Education, Leadership at the Peak, and Berkeley Executive Education. She was recognized as a Leading Data Executive in North American Government. She is also a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Project Management Professional.
