Adam Hesch

Adam is currently Principal Technologist, Federal Partners at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He brings more than 20 years of experience, both leading teams and information technology transformation to his role at AWS. As Principal Technologist, Adam leads technical strategy and vision for the Federal Partners organization; helping the Federal Government adopt cloud solutions and innovate through industry.

Prior to AWS, Adam led major technology modernization efforts as an industry partner to both federal and local government, bringing a unique perspective in how to accomplish transformations, both large and small.

Adam is a regular speaker at key industry events on various topics, including Cloud Adoption, Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, and Zero Trust. He is a 3x speaker at AWS re:Invent and AWS Washington D.C. Summit.

Adam is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served as a Surface Warfare Officer, and an alumni of the United States Naval Academy.
