Ruthbea Yesner

Ruthbea Yesner leads the IDC Government Insights team for the Americas and is responsible for global research in government, education and transportation. She and her team provide research and advisory services to national, state and local governments, and IT suppliers on technologies essential for government modernization and transformation.

Ms. Yesner, a pioneer in urban tech innovation, launched IDC’s Smart City practice in 2010. She is an author, speaker, and global collaborator.
