Michael LaRouche is president of the National Security and Space Sector of SAIC. With annual revenues of $6.9 billion and approximately 24,000 employees, SAIC provides engineering, digital, artificial intelligence, and mission solutions across the defense, space, civilian, and intelligence markets.

LaRouche is a recognized business leader in space, defense, national security and cyber. In his role as president of SAIC’s National Security and Space (NSS) Sector, LaRouche is focused on transforming his organization into a growth-oriented industry leader. Under his leadership, the NSS team includes thousands of employees uncompromisingly dedicated to delivering strategic technology solutions for space organizations, the intelligence community, the U.S. Air Force, the combatant commands, and other Department of Defense offices and agencies.

Prior to joining SAIC in 2019, LaRouche led multiple large business units at Raytheon, where he served as vice president for 11 years and led the delivery of new cyber and C4ISR innovations to U.S. and international customers. Earlier in his career, LaRouche served in leadership positions with Lockheed Martin and Hughes, pioneering advanced technical solutions.

LaRouche has a strong technical background with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado.
